It should be available from AT&T soon. It is the next generation of the LG Xpression Plus which has the model number X410ASR

LG will launch the LM-X420 as LG K12 plus or LG K40, according to a listing on Android Enterprise website.
The LG K40 features a 5.7-inch display, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It comes with Android 9 Pie out of the box.

LG officially announced the LG K40 in February 2019. Today, A model variants of the LG K40 with the model number LM-X420MM get the Bluetooth SIG Certification.
