Good news for Sprint LG G7 ThinQ owners, Sprint is now rolling out the Android 9.0 Pie Update for the LG G7 ThinQ on Sprint.

Some Sprint LG G7 ThinQ owners on Reddit also confirm that they have already received the Android 9.0 Pie Update.

For your information, The Update is now available via FOTA (Firmware Over-the-Air) only!

The Sprint LG G7 ThinQ does not support software update through LG Bridge.

The update weighs in at about 1400MB and Many LG G7 ThinQ users are happy with the smoothness of the Android 9.0 Pie OS.

Overall everything seems faster, smoother, and more battery efficient. Not a lot of changes aside from gestures and notifications, but overall happy with the performance improvements that were much more significant than I expected.
