metroPCS will release the LG MS323 soon in April, Since the device has just been spotted on LG Mobile Support website.
As you can see from below screen shot of a database entry found on LG offcial website, MetroPCS is testing the firmware (version:MS32310a) for the LG MS323.
The LG-MS323 is metroc PCS version of the LG L70, maybe metroPCS will release the device with different name.
