Oct. 22, LG K8 2017 M200N Oreo Update Rolled Out in the UK
Oct. 11, LG K8 2017 M200N Starts Receiving Android 8.0 Oreo Update in European Countries
The LG K8 2017 (LG-M200, LG-X240, LGUS215) will receive the Android Oreo 8.1 Update soon as the LG K8 2017 running Android 8.1 was listed on Android Enterprise website.
As you can see from the above screenshot, the LGUS215 model supports Android Oreo 8.1 Update. The LGUS215 is the model numbers for LG K8 2017 from U.S. Cellular.
The LG K8 2017 (Model: M200n) was released in the European Countries in 2017 with Android Nought. According to our sources, LG official is testing the Oreo firmware for the European LG K8 2017 M200n and the Oreo firmware is software version LGM200nAT-V20a-EUR-XX-AUG-28-2018+0. The Oreo firmware under test built on August 28, So we are pretty sure that the device will get the Oreo Update by the end of Oct. 2018
Announced in 2016, the LG K8 2017 for U.S. Cellular. was launched in Feb. 2017 with Android Nought out of the box. It is equipped with a 5-inch 720p display, 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core chip, 1.5 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a 13-megapixel main camera and an additional 5-megapixel selfie unit on the front. It should receive the Oreo Update in Oct. 2018!
