LG D838 with Full HD (1080×1920), 4G LTE, Android 4.4 os spotted in UA profile, Could It be LG G3?

[Update] The LG D838 is a LG D830 variant coming to China Mobile (CMCC).

We already know about the LG D830, a mysterious device from LG, thanks to its UA Profile file found on LG’s own website. Now, the UA Profile of another device, looking very similar to the LG D830 and bearing model number LG 838, has also turned up.

The UA Profile does not reveal many specifications of the LG D838 but does indicate that it will have a Full HD (1080×1920) display, support for LTE and HSPA and that it will run on Android, possibly 4.4 KitKat with the latest LG UI.

So far, no other leaks have turned up about this device. It also has not shown up uet on any of the sites that it might usually do so such as the Bluetooth SIG, Wi-Fi Alliance and FCC database.

Based on the model number which is very close to LG’s flagship LG G2 and the Google Nexus 5, the LG D838 might well be the LG G3 that could launch in May 2014.

So what do you think? Is this LG D830 the LG G3?
