How to unbrick AT&T LG G Pad 8.0 V495 with LG UP

LGUP DLL for LG V495 -LGUP_V495.MSI and LG V495 TOT firmware V49510E

AS requested by some AT&T LG G Pad 8.0 V495 users, here we share with you the step by step guides on how to unbrick/restore AT&T LG G Pad 8.0 V495 back to stock with LGUP.

How to unbrick AT&T LG G Pad 8.0 V495 with LG UP

1) Install LG USB drivers

2) Install LG UP software

3) Install LG UP DLL for V495
LGUP_V495.MSI, This is the LG UP DLL for LG V495

PLEASE remove or uninstall all LGUP DLL previously installed first.

Go C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Electronics\LGUP\model\V495\ and check if there is LGUP_V495.dll in the folder.

4) Download LG V495 Stock tot firmware

V49510E TOT firmware: LGV495AT-01-V10e-310-410-SEP-23-2015.tot

*IMPORTANT, The v10e TOT firmware works on LG V495 with software version v10e or lower only. if your tablet is already on a firmware build v20a, You should not try to flash the v10e firmware.

To flash the V49510E TOT firmware onto LG V495 with LGUP.

Step 1,

Now connect your Phone to PC Via USB Cable and Run the LG UP Software

Wait until LG UP detect your LG V495 tablet. If LG UP screen shows up, Go Step 2.

If LG UP can’t find your device, you need to put your phone into download mode manually by

Turn off your phone, press and hold “the Volume Up” button and plug in the USB cable from your computer to the phone.

Now Run the LG UP, waiting for LG UP install necessary USB drivers for your Phone.

When LG UP screen shows up. Go Step 2

Step 2, From LG UP Screen, click on the Upgrade process option

Click Bin File and Select the v10f firmware that you just downloaded

Now simply click on the Start button to begin the flashing process. Wait for few minutes until the installing process completes.

Please put your phone into download mode first and then try the LGUP.

Please go control panel to remove all LGUP DLL previously installed on your PC and click LGUP_V495.msi to install the LGUP DLL for V495 again.

once the LGUP_V495.MSI is installed, Please check if there is an LGUP_v495.dll in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Electronics\LGUP\model\V495\

Run regedit.exe from your PC, and check HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\LG Electronics\LGUP\Model2, if LG V495 is listed and the DLL path should be
