TracFone set to launch LG F70 (L31L and L30L) Android phones

TracFone, one of the nation’s largest prepaid wireless options is about to launch new LG F70 (name subject to change) smart phones on its Straight Talk and Net10 carrier brands.

The LG L31L and LG L30 are two model variants of the LG F70 tailor made for Tracfone. The LG L31L is GSM Version which support ATT 4G LTE network, while the LG L30L is CDMA version which supports Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network.

The L31L has got its Class 2 permissive changes approved at the FCC on April 24; it means that Tracfone will launch the LG F70 soon someday in not long future weeks. As it often happens, the LG L31L F70 might be launched under a different name.

For those who are not familiar with LG F70, the handset has a 4.5-inch IPS display of 800 x 400 pixel resolutions and runs on Android OS. It also features a 1.2 GHz Dual-Core CPU, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of ROM, an 8.0MP camera and a removable 2,100mAh battery.
