T-mobile LG DoublePlay, not enough memory on SD card

One LG DoublePlay owner said his LG DoublePlay keeps telling him “not enough memory on SD card”! Are you in the same case?

Follow our guide below to solve this “not enough memory on SD card” issue on your LG DoublePlay device.

First please check SD card:

Make sure you have a SD card installed on your LG DoublePlay or try a new SD card. The device’s internal Memory is 2GB (eMMC) ROM and 512MB RAM, The SD card slot support up to 32GB memory card.

Now let us clear LG DoublePlay’s browser cache, history and cookies:

To clear browser cache:
From Home scrreen>Application>Browser>Menu Key>More>Settings>Tap Clear cache, Clear history, Clear all cookie data

It is time to check your android apps storage size information, go apps, tap the apps, you will see that app’s storage and cache information. For example, my facebook app uses almost 100MB. It is your turn to check each app installed on your device. If “clear cache” option is available on your “Apps info” screen, tap it to clear the cache of that application.

Reset Swype’s dictionary also can free up some memory:

From the Home screen, tap the Menu Key > Settings > Language & keyboard > Swype > Swype Advanced Settings >Reset Swype’s dictionary

Delete TXT and MMS messages

Try to uninstall some apps you do not use.

At last, Try to backup your phones data and perform a hard reset to reset your device to its factory settings.
