LG officially announced its latest flagship smart phone, the G Flex 2, in Las Vegas during the CES 2015. The G Flex 2 is expected to launch in the Europe shortly, and now the European versions of the handset have received GCF (Global Certification Forum) certification.
The official model number for European LG G flex 2 is LG-H955. According to GCF certification, the device supports LTE bands B3, B7, B8 and B20.
The LG G Flex 2 will come in Platinum Silver or Flamenco Red with the following specification:
• 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, 64-bit, octa-core processor
• Android 5.0 Lollipop OS
• 5.5in full-HD (1920×1080, 403ppi) curved P-OLED screen
• 16/32GB storage with microSD card slot
• 2/3GB RAM
• 13Mp rear camera with OIS+ and Laser Auto Focus
• 2.1Mp front camera
• 4G/LTE/HSPA+ 21/42Mb/s
• 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi
• Bluetooth 4.1 with apt-X
• 3000mAh non-removable battery
LG did not announce the price of the G flex 2 during the CES 2015, but the device was made ready for pre-order in Amazon Germany for €599 (around $690).
As yet there are no details on exactly when the G flex 2 will launch in the Europe market, although previous rumors have said that the handset may launch by the end of February.
